Ira LaBarge
Ira LaBarge is a retired police Sergeant and U.S. Marine Staff Sergeant, the owner and president of Bullseye USA Inc. Ira is also the owner/operator of BASE Firearms and Training. Ira has completed two combat deployments in Iraq. Ira’s military assignments included; squad leader, platoon Sergeant, and crew served weapons instructor. While he served his community as a law enforcement officer he was also a Patrol Sergeant, Field Training Officer, Range Officer, Firearms Instructor, School Resource Officer, and SWAT operator. He is a NRA LE pistol and carbine instructor with active shooter response training from Alice Institute. Ira is our lead firearms instructor. Ira is also an avid deer hunter and outdoorsman.
Michael Zaprzalka
Mike has over a decade of law enforcement and private security experience. Mike has worked Tribal law enforcement and Federal law enforcement within the Department of Defense. Mike has held various duties including; Field Training Officer as well as patrol Sergeant. Mike also has experience in executive protection, safeguarding high end clientele and celebrities throughout the Hollywood area. Mike is a Range Safety Officer and has been handling firearms for over 30 years. Mike is currently a full-time sworn Sheriff’s Deputy.
David Blackeye
David has been an active, sworn law enforcement officer since 2003. As a police officer David has served in various capacities and assignments such as; Chief of Police, Patrol Sergeant, Special Response Team operator, Field Training Officer, Range Master, Department firearms instructor, and Probation & Parole. David holds certificates from Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers, Department of Homeland Security, Bureau of Indian Affairs, NRA Law Enforcement Division, and Nevada Peace Officers Standards and Training. David has also shot competitively with International Defensive Pistol Association and competed at local matches throughout northern Nevada. David is currently the Chief of Police for a tribal law enforcement agency located in California.
